Take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding snow capped peaks during the cruise and watch the stokers in the engine room below as they coal the fireboxes of the 98-year-old “Lady of the Lake”.
 
Enjoy a drink or something to eat from the Promenade Café and Bar which offers a range of locally produced wines and beers, fresh coffee, baking and savouries – all prepared on board.

At Walter Peak, stay on board for the return trip or disembark to enjoy a farmyard tour which includes sheep dog and shearing demonstrations and a chance to feed the friendly farm animals. The farmyard tour also includes a delicious morning or afternoon tea with scones and pikelets up at the Colonels Homestead.
 
If an evening excursion suits you better after a day on the slopes, Real Journeys has got a great evening dining option.  At 6pm cruise across the lake for a sumptuous Carvery Buffet served at the Colonels Homestead with its roaring log fires.
