Reschedule your reservation
If you're booked into a ski or snowboard lesson, or the Queenstown Ski Bus, and need to change the date of your reservation, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account and head to your profile page.
- Select “Overview” and then "Order History"
- Select the "Order Reference" number for the reserved product you would like to update
- Select the calendar icon next to the product you would like to reschedule
- Select "RESCHEDULE" and follow the steps to select another date or location
If you're unable to reschedule your reservation online, please fill out this form
Note that due to limited capacity, not every date may be available. For private lessons, we require 48 hours notice prior to your lesson time for rescheduling.
